How It Works
All you need to know before your first Ty Caton wine club shipment. If you have any questions, contact our wine club manager at wineclub@tycaton.com or (707) 938-3224 x 1.
- You’ll receive an email about two weeks before your order will be processed with the featured wines selection and some add-on promotions.
- If you’d like to make any changes, click on the link in the email to customize or add on to your allocation. Use the drop down arrows to add or remove any wines from your order.
- Please note, if you are looking for specific library wines or low inventory wines, please contact us directly.
- You can also add any ice packs or expedited shipping to the order.
- Place the order and look out for the confirmation email of your changes.
- Verify your billing and shipping details are accurate and up-to-date. If you need to update this, make sure to do this before the end of the customization window to avoid any delays or reroute fees from the carrier (UPS or FedEx).
- Shipping members: we will ship you your wines on the specified ship date
- Pick up customers: we will have your order available for will call anytime after the specified pick up date.

At Ty Caton Vineyards, we believe that wine creates memories and is made to be shared. If sharing our wine leads to your friends or family also becoming members of the wine club, then we would like to show our gratitude by adding an additional bottle of your choice in your next wine club allocation*! To receive this benefit, the only thing your friend has to do is let us know they are joining as a result of your referral!
